How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping is international, so shipping times vary a lot depending on where you are. When possible I ship from dispatch locations close to you to bring down the shipping time. Normally, orders should arrive within 2 weeks, though please allow up to 5 weeks for your package to arrive. When I post your order, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. If your order hasn't reached you 5 weeks after it was dispatched, please send me an email or a message through my contact form.

Which of your drawings are available as prints?

ANY drawing from the instagram page is available as a print using the ‘Any Drawing’ option in the store. You might also find the drawing you want as a 'Popular Print' in my store. If using the 'Any Drawing' option, just choose what size you would like, pop in your details, and specify clearly which specific print/s you want in the 'notes' field at checkout. Please include the date each drawing was posted and a description of the drawing and/or the link to the drawing itself.

How are your items packaged?

All products are packaged carefully in a hardbacked recyclable envelope, box or postal roll.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! I ship all over the world. There are some restrictions on shipping to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea - please contact me if you are wanting to ship to one of those locations and I’ll do my best to help.

Sometimes, orders may be subject to import tax determined by the destination country. Please check your country's import tax rules before ordering. All customs clearance & service fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I’m buying this as a gift for a friend. Do you include receipts with your items?

I don’t include paper receipts with orders - you will receive your order confirmation by email.

Can I personalize or request a change to an item?

I am not able to do any personalisation/adjustment of drawings. If you want to commission a brand new drawing for someone, please send me an email.

Ooops I made a mistake with my order!

If you have made a mistake with the address or details on your order, please email me straight away - I can't update details after a certain period of time.     Please note if you are sending the order to a friend, it should be their name in the ‘customer name’ field, not your own.

I’d love to stock your stuff in my shop. Do you wholesale your items?
